For your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred). If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original packaging to ‘PREMIER CAMPING’ accompanied with the receipt / invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund - no hassles, for your total peace of mind.

Part Deliveries and Damaged Goods

All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock / on backorder. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.

Returns Procedure - Home Delivery

All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including reason for return. Carriage charges are non refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect. A member of our customer services department will arrange for collection of the goods through our carrier, alternatively you may return them to one of our stores accompanied with your invoice. All other goods must be returned at the senders expense. If required, the company offers a collection service at a charge of £9.95 per parcel (up to a maximum of 30kg) from addresses on Mainland UK or the Isle of Wight. For collection from other locations / countries please call for a quote. You can also make your own return arrangements with your own courier

Please note that if you choose to return the item to one of our stores, the return will be accepted however our stores are unable to process refunds for mail order goods. The return details will be forwarded to our head office who will process any refund due.

Returning Store Purchases

All products purchased from one of our stores must be returned to the same superstore, and not sent to head office. This will enable us to deal with your return and process any exchange or refund due promptly.
