Smart Lid Design with Built-In Thermometer

This portable BBQ features a dome lid with a stay-cool handle and integrated thermometer, giving you full control over your cooking temperature. The lid conveniently hooks onto the side of the BBQ, doubling as a windshield to improve performance in breezy conditions. A built-in utility shelf provides extra space for tools, condiments and cooking essentials, helping keep your outdoor cooking area organised and efficient.

Easy Cleaning & Compact Portable Design

Cleaning and storage are simple with the enamelled fat pan, which includes flame ‘peep’ holes and can be easily removed for cleaning. When not in use, the entire BBQ packs down into a compact size and fits neatly into a durable storage bag with secure straps for the legs. This makes it easy to transport and store, whether you're travelling, camping or storing it at home.

Gas Compatibility & Flexible Setup

The Carri Chef 40 BBQ QR is compatible with both Butane and Propane gas, operating at 28–30mBar (Butane) and 37mBar (Propane). Please note that a regulator and hose are not included, allowing you to choose the correct setup for your specific gas source. This ensures maximum compatibility and safety, giving you flexibility across different gas systems.
