The PCB was perfect and .....................

The PCB was perfect and did what it is supposed to do. The carriage fee however was exorbitant when one considers the fact that this item would have fitted in very small jiffy bag. The habit of charging postage based on postal codes without regard to the size of the item involved is not to be recommended.
